Experience: Shari was featured on the cover of "Insights Success" magazine as "The Most Admired Leader to Watch in 2024" and was a 2024 inductee in the Marquis Who's Who biographical list of distinguished professionals. Her career spans across education, training/development, HR, and workplace culture. Shari enjoys speaking, consulting and training across the globe in various industries. Shari holds several contracts with esteemed companies, including the National Education Association, where she is certified to facilitate professional development courses for educators across the country. She is also on the Advisory Board for Harvard Business Review, and the Editorial Board for Infonomics Society's International Journal for Cross-Disciplinary Subjects in Education. Shari is proud to remain a certified educator and workplace mentoring advocate, and she specializes in the use of active engagement and adult learning theory in her work.

Education: Shari graduated from Hastings College with a Bachelor of Arts, and from University of Nebraska Omaha with a Master of Science, and she holds numerous certifications.
Free Time: Shari loves reading and learning, caring for her plants, traveling, and spending time with her family, which includes 2 rescue Yorkie sisters.
Volunteering: Shari is serving her 2nd year as the Diversity Director for HR-NE, (HR Nebraska State Council, a state affiliate of SHRM), and she volunteers for several orgs in Omaha, as well as collective impact work around the globe. Shari is also a national facilitator for Open Sesame’s "Optimize Workplace Culture Community."
